Cancellation Policy & Cancellation Form
Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation under the following provision, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their self-employed professional activity:
Cancellation Policy Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Dr. Reinhard Schmidl, GREEN-PRACTICE-SYSTEMS e.U., Rechbauerstraße 23/3, 8010 Graz, Austria, Tel.: +43 316 375072, e-mail: office@supercomp.info) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return the goods immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract to the following return address

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The direct costs of return for goods that, due to their nature, cannot be returned to us by post (goods sent by freight forwarding), are estimated at a maximum of approximately 50 euros for each such item.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties, and functionality.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
The customer must provide compensation for the loss in value of the goods if
– the loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to test the condition, properties, and functionality of the goods, and
– the entrepreneur has informed the consumer about their right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 246a § 1 paragraph 2 sentence 1 number 1 of the Introductory Act to the Civil Code.
Note: Please only send the goods back to us in the same condition as you received them. Already assembled composters will only be accepted without compensation for loss of value if the signs of use are not recognizable during inspection.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who are not members of a member state of the European Union at the time the contract is concluded and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time the contract is concluded are outside the European Union.
General information
1) Please avoid damaging and soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect. We will not accept them!
3) Please note that the aforementioned numbers 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
